Our bookkeeping team supports Australian businesses across tech, e‑commerce, SaaS, and professional services. Clients can choose ongoing monthly bookkeeping or one‑off projects.
Ongoing Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping engagement includes:
- Reconciliation of online bank and credit card accounts
- Reconciliation of accounts payable – entry of bills & allocation of payments (does not include accounts payable service)
- Paperless Payables – Supplier invoices and receipts imported via online software
- Troubleshooting & support
Notes:
- Requires an active accounting software subscription
- Reconciliations for the engaged month are processed by the following fortnight as agreed with you

Ongoing Payroll

Payroll engagement includes:
- Processing of periodic wages for employees in your accounting software
- Calculate superannuation for employees if applicable
- Calculate and track accrued leave or other entitlements
- Online access/emailing employee payslips
- STP filings
Notes:
- Excludes payroll tax reconciliations and lodgement
- Excludes annual worker's compensation reconciliation and lodgement
- Based on Monthly/Fortnightly/Weekly pay runs
