Fair Use Pricing Policy

Our Commitment to Transparent Fixed Pricing

At Fullstack Advisory, we believe clients should have certainty about their accounting and advisory costs. That's why many of our ongoing services are provided under fixed monthly pricing arrangements.

 Fixed pricing allows you to:

  • Budget with confidence
  • Avoid unexpected invoices
  • Know what services are included
  • Focus on growing your business rather than monitoring hourly costs

To ensure fixed pricing remains fair and sustainable for both our clients and our team, we apply this Fair Use Pricing Policy.

As businesses evolve, the volume, complexity, and scope of services required can change significantly. Our policy provides a framework for periodically reviewing whether your service plan continues to align with your business requirements and the resources needed to support you.

 This policy supports our commitment to:

  • transparent pricing;
  • proactive communication;
  • fair outcomes for clients and our team; and
  • maintaining high service standards as businesses grow and change.

Why We Conduct Reviews

Many of our clients experience significant growth, operational changes, new staff, additional reporting requirements, or increased transaction volumes after commencing with Fullstack Advisory.

Where the nature of our work changes materially from the original engagement assumptions, a review may be required to determine whether the existing fee arrangement remains appropriate.

 Reviews help ensure that:

  • service levels continue to meet your needs;
  • pricing remains aligned with the work being performed;
  • resources are appropriately allocated to support your business; and
  • any required changes are identified early and discussed openly.

How Our Review Process Works

We review active service engagements periodically to ensure that:

  • The agreed service plan continues to meet your needs;
  • The level of work being performed aligns with the selected plan; and
  • Pricing remains fair and appropriate for both parties.

Where we identify a sustained increase in the volume, scope, complexity, or frequency of services provided, we may undertake a pricing review.

Our reviews focus on trends over a reasonable period and are not typically triggered by temporary fluctuations, seasonal variations, or one-off events.

If, following a review, we determine that a change to your service plan or pricing is appropriate, we will:

  1. Recommend an updated scope or service plan where necessary; and
  2. Provide at least 4-6 weeks’ notice before any revised pricing takes effect.

This notice period is intended to give you sufficient time to review the proposed changes, consider any budget implications, and discuss any questions or concerns with us before the new pricing is implemented.

Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent pricing structure that supports the ongoing delivery of high-quality services as your business grows and changes.

What We Consider

Depending on the services provided, we may review factors including:

Tax Compliance Services

Fees for tax compliance services are based on the complexity of your affairs and the scope of work required to prepare and lodge your returns.

Relevant factors may include:

  • number of entities;

  • business structure complexity;

  • investment activities;

  • capital gains tax events;

  • fringe benefits tax considerations;

  • trust distributions and beneficiary reporting;

  • foreign income or international tax matters;

  • Division 7A considerations; and

  • financial statement requirements.

Where the complexity or scope of tax compliance services changes materially from the original engagement assumptions, we may review and update pricing accordingly.

BAS and IAS Compliance Services

Our BAS and IAS services are generally priced based on the number of entities, reporting frequency, record quality, and complexity of GST and PAYG obligations.

During reviews, we may consider:

  • monthly, quarterly or annual lodgment requirements;

  • number of entities requiring lodgments;

  • completeness and accuracy of records provided;

  • GST complexity;

  • PAYG withholding obligations;

  • payroll-related reporting requirements; and

  • additional ATO correspondence or compliance activities.

Where reporting obligations or complexity increase over time, we may recommend an updated service arrangement to ensure adequate support and compliance oversight.

Bookkeeping
  • transaction volumes;

  • number of bank accounts and payment platforms;

  • supplier and customer activity;

  • reconciliation complexity;

  • reporting requirements; and

  • overall time required to maintain accurate financial records.

Payroll
  • number of employees;

  • payroll frequency;

  • payroll compliance obligations.

Long-Term Client Relationships

We recognise that some clients have been with Fullstack Advisory for many years and may be operating under service agreements, fee arrangements, or engagement terms established at a different stage of their business journey.

Where historical arrangements no longer reflect the current scope of services being provided, we may discuss updating the engagement, scope of work, or pricing structure to better align with current requirements and service expectations.

Our goal is always to ensure pricing remains equitable, transparent, and reflective of the value and support being delivered.
