Request Process

To request an Accountant's Letter, please follow the steps below:

  • Submit your Request: To initiate the process, you can request an Accountant's Letter by contacting our Team. Send your request via email at support@fullstack.com.au or through our Support Centre https://support.fullstack.com.au. Both are ticketed with < 24 hrs SLA response times. Ensure that you provide all the necessary information and documents required for the preparation of the letter. 

  • Service Level Agreement: The standard turnaround time for preparing an Accountant's Letter is 72 hours. However, please note that this turnaround time is also dependent on the resolution of any additional queries or requests that may be sent by our team. This means that the 72-hour period begins once all necessary information and documents are received and any outstanding queries are addressed.

  • Fees and Payment Process: The fee for an Accountant's Letter is $150 (AUD) +GST which is payable upon acceptance of the proposal. 

  • Review and Confirmation: Once you have accepted and paid our proposal, and all required documentation is provided, our team will review the provided information and prepare the Accountant's Letter. We will then send it to you via email for your review and confirmation.

    If you require a physical or hard copy, please inform us during the request submission. This may entail additional fees if required.
