Our Bookkeeping Service Process

Covering the process Fullstack uses to deliver our bookkeeping services to clients who are engaged for a full bookkeeping service.


Our bookkeeping service aims to provide you with prompt and accurate service on a regular basis. When you sign up with Fullstack Advisory, we will let you know who your contact people are and when we will be processing your books in the month.

Please note that while we may review any submissions or queries you have made throughout the period, there is no guarantee on this.


What We Require from You

We ask that you use the Dext App or email service to submit any invoices, receipts, or expenses on a regular basis.

After our processing is complete, we recommend that you log into Xero at least once a week to: a) review and respond to any inquiries we have raised; b) review any payables that may be due; and c) review any past-due customer invoices that you could pursue for collection.

Please respond to any questions about your books that we have raised in our update email.

Additionally, we recommend that you log into Xero each month to review the P&L and Balance Sheet reports, as well as any Actual vs. Budget reporting you may have set up.

How We Act

We will a) review all invoices and receipts sent through Dext on your designated processing day b) go over every bank account transaction; c) ask for clarification on any questions.

Please note that occasionally receipts you've entered into Dext may not show up right away in Xero. Instead, they won't until our next processing cycle.

Any questions about bank transactions will be raised directly in Xero under the Discuss tab, and we ask that you respond there as well so we can allocate resources.

You will receive a weekly email update from one of our senior accountants, account managers, or customer service managers. This will let you know when we've finished processing your paperwork and whether there are any questions we still need answers to.

Important Notes:

Only if we receive information from you promptly can we maintain your books. This means that in order to complete the treatment, we will need a response from you whenever we have requested your input on a specific transaction.

On occasion, people inquire about the location of our bookkeepers. For our primary bookkeeping service, our people are full-time Fullstackers distributed globally - including Phillippines and South Africa.
