Use the Change of Employee Details form to provide the information required for any changes in employee details, including changes to:
- Name
- Address
- Salary or Hourly Rate details, with effective date
- Employee leaving notification, with final pay date
- Bank Account details
- Super Fund details
- Any other changes
Remember: Employees can also change their own basic details through the Xero: My Payroll portal or the Xero Me App.
